Our Model of Care

Primary care providers receives a clear, actionable plan with recommendations and next steps.

  • Psychiatric consultations for diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations, including medication options aligned with Canadian evidence-based guidelines.

  • Collaborative psychiatric assessment and treatment planning, paired with practical education to empower insight and engagement.

  • Short-term individual or group psychotherapy is available by internal referral when clinically indicated—primarily cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and brief psychodynamic therapy. Enrolment is limited to patients assessed by Outpour Clinic and is not available by self-referral.
